This morning in the garden

I'm keeping my eye on the Teasels . I really do not need more self-seeders in the garden .

  1. Oh, thanks for sharing these wonderful photos of your garden, it looks lovely. I've been reluctant to plant teasels, but I do love the look of the seedheads. I suppose at some point I will plant them, when I feel confident about being able to control them.

    1. I'm not looking forward to cutting the teasels down, they must be 8 ft tall and very thorny .

  2. Thank you for these inspiring images. What is the name of the dianthus? I'm having a plant lust moment.

  3. It's 'Chomley Ferran' ! It's a tricky one to find a place in the garden . I think it looks best in a container or a raised area .

  5. I have a small coleus similar to yours beside the variegated leaves and the color is beautiful in real life. You did a great job capturing it.
