Since I don't know my Oncidium from a Dendrobium , Let alone a Epiphtonitis I had to keep them all tagged. |
I thought engraved Copper tags would be nicer . |
In some cases the tag is bigger than the plant , but I can tuck it away. |
And more Christmas presents ...1,650 pages of minature Orchids ... should keep me going for 2018. |
Now those are the sort of pets I like. I love the copper labels too.
ReplyDeleteMy new pets have me rearranging my home to accommodate them .
DeleteWhat a wide variety of pets you've accumulated! I hope they all prosper. Most of my existing orchids are Cymbidiums (almost all unlabeled but that's not entirely my fault as most came to me that way). My new lath house sort of calls out for the addition of a few more orchids but Phalaenopsis seem to be all that are available locally - oh, except for a lady slipper orchid I saw at my local garden center with a price tag that almost made me choke!
ReplyDeleteTo be honest I've never been all that interested in Orchids. Probably because of the lurid colors of the supper market Phlaenopsis . But, recently I visited a local Orchid grower ...I fell in love with the minis ...and came home with a dozen . So far we seem to a good match !
